| Moderately dense infiltrates of lymphocytes, accompnied sometimes by plasma cells, around collections of epithelioid histiocytes; some histiocytes with foamy cytoplasm |
| Lymphocytes and histiocytes sometimes present within small nerve fascicles, especially those positioned in the deep reticular dermis |
| Dense lymphoplasmacytic infiltrates surrounding adnexal structures |
